How do I reset my password?

Reset your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using your login user name.  At the login screen, enter your user name first, then Next.

At the next screen, you will see a link "Forgot my password".

You will be prompted to enter your user name one more time and to confirm that you have entered it correctly.

The next screen will ask you where you would like your security code sent to, either email or cell phone text message. 
 

If you are seeing an email address or phone number that does NOT appear to be yours, you have gone to the incorrect website to login.  Please go to the Candoor Employee Login and either login or begin the forgot password process from there.

Once you've received the code, enter it into the prompt and click the next button.

The next screen will allow you to reset your password.  You must enter your security question answer and choose a new password.  If you cannot remember security question answer or receive an error message, you will need to contact your employer to reset your user registration and will need to register as a new user.  Your employer does NOT have access to any password or security questions.  Make sure you are meeting the criteria listed in the reset password screen.
 
 
When choosing your new password [SPACES] should NOT be used and may cause an error message to be displayed when you save even if all green check marks are listed in the criteria section.

After clicking Save you should be taken to the Employee Self Service home page.  Make sure to save your new password.
